I ran this course the opposite way to normal through the town centre and past Nowton park. I turned right at Fox PinLane and then I picked up a path across fields to arrive at Horsecroft before returning home.
I picked the best part of the day as the weather was quite warm and sunny. I again stuggled with my running always feeling a little sluggish.
