Tonights track session consisted of a warm up including a run to the track, 3 laps followed by 4 x 3mins with a minute recovery. A 5 minute break and then we repeated the set again 4 x 3 mins and concluded with a 1500 metre run which I think I ran in 6.38. I was disapointed with this.
At least I completed the session , I had doubts during the intervals whether I would.
