A gentle pre race jog. Quite a misty morning. I didn't follow any particular course just decided to take it easy.
I have entered the Felistowe Half Marathon on the 8th of October.This will be a new race for me having never run at Felixstowe before. If anyway has done this race before let me know what you think of the 2 lap course.
