Running to Music

Share
Another ticking over kind of run today. Having got in a long run on Wednesday and done some faster intervals on Monday the rest of the week will see me just ticking over with 3 or 4 miles each day to bump up my weekly mileage to 30.

Today was very mild but there was also a blowy wind and light drizzle. No aches or pains and I got the job done in 36 minutes.

If you listen to music while you run what do you listen to ? There is a good case for running without any headphones and listening to your surroundings but I also enjoy listening to podcasts and music on a run. Much research points to an improvement in your running performance when you run to music check out Audiofuel and run to the rhythm.

Stay clear of the ministry of sound albums, They have some good tracks to run to but the new ones (running trax 2) are complete crap!

I'll have alook up at your suggestions!

    Keep on running!

  3. If you like audiofuel, which you have to pay for, then you will like another option even better. Go to itunes and check out podrunner or motiontrax. Same principle and more music and different BPMs. Way to go on your running man. Have you ever used a hydration belt? I am thinking of getting one.
