A repeat of last weeks route which is a circular run setting out from Westley area I ran along York Rd , Albert St, Risbygate St through town to Looms Lane, Mustow St and Eastgate St. I then climbed up the long drag which is Mount Road before returning to town via Ottewill Road and Symonds Rd and Shakers Lane.
I was nearly a minute quicker than last week and I felt this was a good run. What is noticeable is the number of runners you see up Moreton Hall of an evening. With its off road pathways it is certainly popular.
