I decided on a short run tonight and ran a circular route through Westley Estate returning into Bury along the Newmarket Rd and up Westley Rd.
I repeated this a couple of times then ran along Westley Rd a third time to make the the time equivalent to about a mile run.
I have included a photo of Newmarket Rd in daylight in this post ,roll on Spring and the change of clocks so I can actually see where I am running!
